Closed Gachapon Tickets disappeared from inventory/Cash Shop

    Problem: Gachapon Tickets not in my inventory/Cash Shop
    Details: I brought 35 gach tickets from cash shop and gached at kerning at around Janurary 9th 8:15 server time. Feeling unsatisfied with my first 35 tickets, I went back into cash shop to buy another set of 35 tickets and they did not appear in my cash shop nor inventory.
