    Hey man, you don't know me and I don't know you, but I was bored reading through some of the ban appeals and I came across yours. I could just feel the anger and disappointment you must have felt during that time, I'm terribly sorry.

    And I can attest to your 'robot' statements as well, it's like they had no empathy.
