    im getting conflicting answers, some saying 1285 and some saying 1197 which one is it. and is it including mw and buffs or is it clean?

    Somewhere between 1195-1200 magic with meteor 30 + ele wand 5

    EDIT: Just double-checked for ~5 minutes and yeah, with 1196 magic I'm 100% one-hitting as far as I can tell

    Looking at your stats. Is 999 the max AP you can put into a single stat, like INT/LUK?

    Does that mean at lvls 180+ we can put into HP or something?

    999 is the max number you can have in a stat's BASE amount, but you can go over that with equips factored in. In that picture I just coincidentally have 999 total (893 base + 106 from equips).

    To get 999 int you should be lvl 199 then you can add to hp or smth..
