    on lvl 136 you should have: 16 + 9 + 5 + 5 + (135*5)=710 AP
    you have: 4 + 60 + 300 + 69 + 170=603 AP
    You need to spend at least 22 of your AP before we can add your missing 107 AP, as the max amount of free to spend AP is 255
