Character Name: Surri Last thing you did: Was descending the SleepyWood Dungeon Why do you think you got banned?: No idea, have not done anything to break rules. Ban message when attempting to log in: "This ID has been deleted or blocked from connection" What GM banned you (optional): No idea. There was no interaction before the disconnection.
At any point did you disconnect irregularly (e.g. client suddenly crash, kicked back login screen, etc) and couldn't log back in for a long period of time?
I left my game running last night and when i woke up it was disconnected but i had no issue reconnecting. (I assume you mean other then right now lol) I did DC earlier today because my anti virus deleted the game again, but was able to log in as soon as i restored the file and stopped the antivirus' real time protection.
I can't remember exactly. It may have been in the LPQ area (where people look for group and click the sign to enter) but I'm not 100% sure.
Okay, so this is what happened. You were afking at the LPQ lobby as you described, and someone came in to spawn tons of galore bags which basically killed almost everyone, except you. You were not receiving damages from the mobs, and stood still at where you originally were at.
That is beyond strange. I have never hacked and cannot explain why this would be happening. Could there be another possible reason for this? Some sort of connecting time out perhaps? I recently donated and have been playing very often with many people who i know IRL as well as some I've met in the server. Turning on God mode and going AFK as you suggest would be a weird thing to do in this situation wouldn't it?
If you could give us a time range when you went AFK, we could check our logs for abnormality. If you need some details to remember, you were at level 43.
I would have been AFK from about 4:00am - 6:30pm Newfoundland Time (-3:30 GMT) The times are not exact but thats around when i went to bed and when i logged back in.
I was wondering if there was any headway with this, or if there's a general procedure for incidents of this nature? I would really like to get back to the grind ASAP!
