Hello, I have been gone for a long time but recently decided to come back. It seemed I had been hacked, but all skill points were reset on my characters as well. Some equipment was missing (weapons, mesos) but nx and nx items and some equipment was still intact. I've been playing a new character, but would like to report this issue nonetheless. Was there an update I missed that ''screwed'' my characters? I'll give the details of my two ''main'' characters at the time IGN: BigFriendly, DarkCrown Problem: Reset Skill Points and lost items. Details: Described above, seems account related instead of character related. Any help or information is appreciated. I used to have quite some money through shops and gachapon but it's all gone :/ I'm not looking for some instant reinstating of cash or items (as I have no screenshots) but I would love to know what happened.
Your SP had been reset because of skill changes with the new source. As for the being hacked part: some accounts have been hacked due to An exploit on the server. Others have been hacked due to poor account security ( using the same loginID/info on another pserver that had an information leak)
