IGN : MisaMisa Problem: Many problems with my character. Good afternoon, I had no idea I was going to make a topic about the problem I have. I am an old player since the maple royal began, and I had to leave the game for studies and work, sincerely I wanted to play again but I was surprised by certain problems that my character and account has. # 1: All the quests that I fulfilled including Zakum quest, HT Quest restarted as if I had never done them. It's weird because I have Zakum Helm and I still have my Genesis skill. I have the quest items in my inventory yet, and I do not know why. # 2: Many of my things disappeared, chairs, Nx items (costumes) including some AP reset that I had. # 3: Some of my characters disappeared were of low level but one in particular that was my Chief bandit gone with all his items. # 4: Many of my skills were reset and my points returned to 0 (only the skills) is not a problem but I had to warn. # 5: Some items that I had for sale in those moments simply disappeared (I think there is no remedy in recovering them because that was in 2014 (I think) I would like to know how to recover some of my things or at least my chief bandit who was my favorite at that time. Any items you were selling when we moved to the new source are available from Fredrick. What problem are you having from the HT/Zakum quest disappearing, what quests did disappear? We have not deleted any characters, what are the characters name? Like we have announced previously we were going to do a full SP Reset for all characters, and that's why your skills are reset. I have not looked into what has happened to your items, and that may take a while for us to do. You have completed the quests for Zakum on Alpacalypsis and MisaMisa, so not sure what problem you are having, can you specify where you are having this problem, and what happens. For Horntail there are no quests you have to do, besides that you need the Transformation Potion, so not sure what problem you are having there either.
