server is great however two admins i encountered so far are really not fit for their role.
tim and kai,
tim doesnt have a sense of humor and punishes someone for making jokes that doesnt harm anyone but his ego
kai is literally the most childish person i have seen reading a feedback as a staff member in my life, after calling tim childish he said "I supposed you're grown up since you told Tim to grow up? If that's the case, take your punishment like a grown up." pathetic embarrassing childish response abusing his power as admin and just answering tim's childishness with more childissness

 

obviously he also closed the ban appeal (from chatbox) after that because that is just how childish he is

 

Humor is subjective. What one person finds funny, doesnt mean a different person will. And Tim is only doing his job. Operating within the rules that the game has. If he didnt ban you for what you said, and someone else was banned for something simliar, it wouldnt be fair to that player. Also, I dont know about Kai, but I know @Tim has a pretty good sense of humor. Spend a few minutes in the Royals Meme thread and you'll find his humor is quite good.

 

if he takes mesos for zimbabwe dollar jokes seriously he is either really dumb or does not contain a single bit of humour.

Since you havent been here long i recommend checking out prior ban appeals. Precident has been set by prior ban appeals forcing the gms to often have to take black and white stances on the rules. Several years ago things were handled in a more gray area type of ruling, but certain abuses from players forced them to take a hard line approach to the rules. You have prior offenders to thank for your ban, not Tim

 

so basically i should hate the system this server is actually good im quite disappointed it has such ridiculous rules

 

have just checked the forum rules, have not committed a single offense until i provoked tim in this post, so unless tim has future sight, he just abused his power to ban someone because he doesnt get/like his jokes

 

also according to your own rules kai earned points for provoking as well, but i doubt he will get punished in any way for that

 

No he is not going to be punished.
Your ban is definitely justified, so your abuse of power complaint doesn't hold any weight, and you will serve the ban.
