Moderate Chain of Korean Folk Town quests not working?

So far I'm unable to find any Artemesia from the plants for the quest "Kong Ji's Request" (instead finding alot of Chrysanthemum instead )

I cannot complete Kong Ji's Request and thus I cannot have access to the quest "Kong Ji's Rice Wine".

Hence I cannot obtain the rice wine required to complete "Goblin at Black Mountain".

I'm also unable to find the Small Clue required for "Legends of Hometown".

So just to reiterate I'm asking if you guys can find the following items or it's a quest bug:
1. Artemesia from plants near Korean Folk Town
2. Small Clue from Samiho

These bugs you have listed here have already been reported in http://royals.ms/forum/showthread.php?t=4801 and 9337. Personally I am stuck on getting those Tough Ropes from the Hoguls.
