Hello fellow royallers and Staff of MapleRoyals, I actually have this suggestion in my mind for quite awhile, and i think it is relatively simple and a good one so hear me out! Item : The HP Ring, Boosts a slight amount of HP (Example : 500 ~ 1000HP). Why? : Players that lack that small bit of HP to enter a boss fight can equip the ring like myself. (Recently new source HT hits 9.8k (legs), many players have washed to 9k without knowing that), Also for players that are in need of that short hp boost! Extras : Only Small amount of HP boosted by the ring so that it is not made unfair to players that made the effort to wash way above needed HP. MAKE YOUR VOTES!
I suggested something similar in the HP washing thread. Change the 120 (4th job) medal you get to give more HP. I don't know of any range characters that wash to 30k hp, so this wouldn't be unfair to people who did wash. They still get a small buff to their HP as well.
Stil a bit unfair , if they have enough hp to survive it doesn't really help . Maybe make a new medal that gives hp but takes a small amount of your damage in return . However , I don't really think this kind of items should be added at all tho , the best suggestion is honestly to wash your chars a bit more , which doesn't take much effort at all and there are some excellent guides how to do it step by step. p.s from my experience , on a geared char with an egged htp the max hit is around 9-9.1 at most , with a clean htp highest I saw was 9.4 tho. And that's if you want to start at the bottom , which isn't a must .
I think its a good idea considering the amount of hp you wan't (500-1k) its actually madness. There's a few events rings wish provived HP and all stats and not mention the HP wash way. Also considering what Nessi's say, there's a few medall wish provived HP but rest range in order to get balance.
tell me, what medals are there, there are players that wash to expected hp with the medals and items included, and now new source make a small change on HT and they are doomed now.
Are you serious when you say it doesn't take much effort to hp wash? I had around 150 base int on my Bowmaster, used in total 300/400 ap reset for around 5/6b and I ended not having enough hp... 8.2K total hp! It was very expensive and 5/6b takes months to get so I really don't see how it is not much effort to hp wash?
@Nessi you forgot to say that you playing like years so for you its not much effort to hp wash. About your problem, you had not enough int base .. You could clacilate it before.
Players are in absolutely no way doomed at HT due to this change. That being said, I'm not against an event ring that provides some hp in exchange for less or no other stats.
