    Problem: Sold items but didn't get money
    Details: Sold items from shop, checked store banker and saw 105m, clicked retrieve but I didn't get the money

    Roughly how many mesos did you have at the time you tried to take it out? There's a limit to how much you can carry.

    Seeing the meso amount (105,000,000 mesos) in Fredrick means it was successfully stored in the database. The fact that you did not get any when you retrieved it is very bizarre as the server will be rewarding you accordingly if you had enough to stay under max meso.

    As there are no outstanding merchant issues that would cause your problem, I regret to inform you no refund can be approved. :(
