I have a bandit <Standard build> I was wandering what would benefit me in terms of scrolling equipment, like for example on a cape would W-Att or luk or dex benefit me more?
In general, about 4-5luk equates to roughly 1wa. In the early stages of your gameplay, you might want to head for Luk as it is your main damage stat. Dex is a 'secondary' stat as it is a requirement to wear equipments when progress further so adding dex or equipping dex once in awhile will help. Weapon attack on the other hand tends to be non-class specific equipments so they may be more expensive. You should head for these types of equipment when you are funded enough. These stats or weapon attack is not restrictive so you can still go for various equipments but what I gave was the general idea for thieves.
The equips that you can afford to get with attack, it'll be better, using the comparative 1att=5stats (i.e. a cape with 15 luk would be better than one with 2att) Equips with attack mainly are Cape Shoes and Gloves. (There are some rare exceptions like Scarf-pendant) For the equips that you can't get attack, try to get the most DEX you able to. The most DEX you have in Equips, the less you need in your base stat, that means more LUK in base, and the more LUK Base more you get from Maple Warrior bonus (since it doesn't count your equipment LUK) Equips with most DEX: Earrings, Bottoms, Helmet, Face Acc. (Top has some clean DEX too but you can only scroll them with LUK) The most DEX you get from these equips, the less you will have in your base stats to be able to wear your main weapon.
If you're a bandit, farm at zombies as much as you can at lower lvls. They drop str top and bottom and really good str shoes. You scroll your bottom for dex and top can be str. Don't scroll you top for LUK as a bandit. Try and get as much str and dex on your equips as you can. That way you can put more AP into pure LUK. Which means more damage with Maple warrior. (MW only works on base stats, doesn't include equips) You need 75 str and 150(or is it 140?) dex by lvl 120. As I said, try and get the majority on your equips. This will allow you to equip the dragon khanjar. Way cheaper than maple shields for attack and way more attack. Think I got my 28 attack shield for 200 Mil. But yea, long story short. Scroll all your equips for dex or str and put pure AP points into LUK.
