You can assume all DEF and ACC Weapon scrolls are worthless.

 

All the 100% are very common. It'll take a long time to sell so just drop them.

All the 10% are either worthless or will take forever to sell (Even when you do, it's not with the wait or the slot).

The only 30% worth money is the Overall Dex and that goes for around 8m. The rest is bad and worthless.

The only 60% worth money is the One-Hand. It could probably go for 3-4m.

Zeta Cape and Silver Earrings are NPC fodder.
