After killing a nice, juicy 47 Headless Horsemen I finally got a head to drop. At around 42 I knew something was wrong because getting an HH head sounded better than getting head.
^ I have foudn the rate to be really low actually. I've killed hundreds upon hundreds from level 85ish until now (128) and only have 6 or 7.

Failed 3 70% on my 21 str 28dex zhelm without booming and on the last slot used a 70% which destroyed it. Now i Cant wear my dragon slash claw or red belly duke.....
