Have an Nvidia video card? Check that the following is set up correctly: So I recently had to do this with a new install of Windows 7. There is this bug with the monitor refresh rate in Windows 7 where instead of it being 60 Hz, it will round DOWN to 59.95 Hz You can check this by diving into the properties of the monitor (in Windows, not the Nvidia stuff), go to the tab for changing the refresh rate, and change it from 59 Hz 60 Hz, apply and close. Then re-open the same tab in the monitor's properties, and you will see that it has gone back to 59 Hz If that is the bug you're dealing with, then the reason why MapleRoyals won't start is because the monitor's refresh rate HAS to be 60 Hz To fix the issue, dive into the monitor properties inside of the Nvidia Control Panel, and create a custom resolution. Leave everything alone except for the refresh rate, which you should set to 60.001 Hz Save, and apply. Then dive back into the display properties in Windows, and change the refresh rate from 59 Hz to 60, and apply. It should stay at the correct refresh rate now. All of that was something I had to learn, after previously using a different computer for Royals that had an AMD video card, and didn't require a fix like that. If that didn't help, I wish you luck with your diagnosing.
