Been banned for about a year now

I have been banned forever and decided I really miss this server (the only active good economy v62 server) is there any way I could get unbanned..?

 

Ps, I never was caught hacking. Which I never did. I truthfully only accepted godly items not aware that they were hacked.

Permanent bans are not lifted ever.

 

I've never heard of a server perm banning for someone having op items. And frankly there was NO proof they were duped. I don't even know if they were duped. This logic is so off. You're saying if I duped a snail shell and gave it to someone they would get banned? My ban wasn't avoidable at all. I've never heard of such a stupid rule. I'd understand a temp ban but a perm ban for having a good item that a gm just ASSUMED was duped?
