Banned for no reason

Last thing you did: The last thing I did was CPQ, then a few hours later while trying to log in, it said I was banned for using an illegal program, which I didn't.

Why do you think you got banned?: I think a bug caused my account to get falsely banned, because I've never hacked once. I would like to get unbanned.

Ban message when attempting to log in: 'Your account has been blocked for hacking or illegal use of third party programs. The ID has been permanently blocked. So you won't be able to use this account'

Another character on another account associated with yours was banned for doing 319 damage on a red snail while being level 2

 

I don't ever recall making a new account, and doing that. And I also never hacked on SwiftStar.

 

I have no idea why I was blamed to hit 319 on a snail, as level 2, while on another account. This isn't fair, since I never hacked, or ever planned to hack. A GM needs to unban me, because I'm 110% legit. It honestly could've been a mix up, or my brother accessed his own account on this computer, within the same IP. then hacked.

 

Matt, If that were the case, then I really don't see the logic in banning me for something that my brother did. (On his own separate ID) That being the case, I really hope you make the decision of unbanning SwiftStar, since I definitely DID NOT hack.

 

You do realize that there's no way for us to even know that your brother exists, right? Also, even if he does exist if we unbanned your IP then we will be allowing a hacker back on the server. We never ever unban hackers. If we unban even one hacker then everyone who ever hacked will demand the same treatment. You can't blame us for enforcing the rules in which you agreed on when you registered.

Well, I never hacked.

If you aren't going to unban my account, which was 110% legitimate, then it will just prove that server glitches, or whatever it was that tricked the server into thinking I was hacking, can unfairly screw a legitimate player over, and get them banned for no reason.

And it's a shame, because I was even contemplating on donating a lot.

I demand my false ban to be lifted.

 

The least you can do is make it a temp ban, since the detection was either glitch, or was a result of another account hacking, under my IP.

 

Which is it? At first you mention that your brother could have hacked and now you insinuate that the autoban system glitched.

Also, we don't take bribes so don't even go there.

EDIT: if the system said you did 300 damage at level 2, then you did 300 damage at level 2. There is no possibility of a glitch. All that leaves is someone hacking from you IP. In which case, you won't be unbanned

 

If that's the case, then I suggest making the rules a bit more reasonable. (I never hacked)

 

Whats stopping anyone from making people up? "Oh i didnt hack it was xxx who did it im innocent!"

What you suggest is that we give everyone a get out of jail free card.

I said it was probably one of those 2 possibilities. Since you claim that the damage shown on the auto-ban is 100% correct, then the only other possibility is that my brother was hacking under my IP.

 

If it was your brother then you're both banned...

 

Whoever hacked also shared a computer with you as well as being on the same IP, so I think you need to make sure your bro can't use your computer anymore, otherwise you'll end up banned from other servers too.
