game wont go into login screen

    every time i try to open the game it gets stuck right before the login page and it says that mapleroyals is not responding, i dont know what to do~f4

    What operating system?
    Is this the first time you are trying to play MapleRoyals?
    Do you get any error messages apart from not responding?
    Have you tried any compatibility modes?

    um..its a windows 7
    well its not the first time i tried playing but every time i try its not responding
    after a while its just disconnects
    which compatibility mode should i use?

    Shouldnt have to use any, but you can try Windows XP.

    You might need to try reinstalling the game possibly... never heard of this issue before.

    ok now it loads...well kinda..i can hear the music but the screen is still white and the pointer is stuck

    Sounds like an issue with your computer. Could be graphics/ram/cpu issues.

    Try running "Setup.exe" found in the maplestory folder and try again. If it still doesn't work then you might want to run disk cleanup and other performance improving tools.
