I bought a new computer and it has windows 10. I have getting two different error codes. I will post pictures. Can someone please help me? I did follow the thread regarding these codes, but nothing worked. Thanks in advance. Sara
I right clicked the file and tried troubleshooting it and that wouldn’t work. I’m not sure what else to do as this is the first time I’ve owned a computer with Windows 10. How do I run it in compatibility mode?
Right-click the program (not the shortcut) and click "Properties". There should be a tab in that window titled "Compatibility". Check the box that says something like "Run in compatibility mode". Below that, there's a drop box with a bunch of older Windows OS's. I chose Windows XP and that worked for me, but you can pick any of them, doesn't matter that much. Click OK when you're done and see if it works
I appreciate your help and I will definitely try that! I am currently at work, but once I get a chance when I get home I will follow these instructions! I will let you know if it works or not! And again, thank you for helping!
No problem As for the second error, I don't know what it is, but if I had to guess I'd say restarting your computer would fix it

I had a friend help me last night. He gave me a link to download a drivers on my computer and it worked after that! Thank you for your help!
