You were banned for smegaing in a language other than English, which has been a bannable offense since I've joined this server. A precedent has been set here and here and many other times that have not been appealed. I even gave a warning, which I didn't have to and probably shouldn't have. But, as the SS shows, you did that after I gave the warning. Update: It has been discussed and the T&C has been amended to correctly portray a guideline (as it wasn't an explicit rule before) we have always enforced. I apologize for the lack of clarity before, but, as I had stated, the precedent has been in place for quite a while. You'll just have to wait out your ban.
