I've tried all the solutions suggested in previous pinned threads. I've disabled anti-virus, re-installed the program and my graphics drivers, restarted my computer and attempted to run the game with no other apps open. I still receive the same [Error code: -2147467259 (Unspecified Error)] Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if this will fix it but you can try to go into the Properties for MapleRoyals, go into the Compatibility tab and then try running the Compatibility Troubleshooter. It only takes ~30 seconds and your problem might have to do with the fact that MapleRoyals tends to run better on older versions of windows. Let me know if that works (Try it a few times with new versions of Windows each time).

You need to change your refresh rate to 60 Hz. You can do this in the properties for your monitor in display settings.

Thanks for those suggestions, I gave them a try. After messing around for a while, I discovered the application isn't recognizing my GPU. For some reason disabling both the Intel and Nvidia Graphics in Device Manager then turning it back on has fixed the problem 100% of the time.
You know what they say... "Have you tried turning it off then on again?"
