Abuse or smart?

I've been only playing for around a week now but I noticed something.

The demand for ap resets is HUGE. With this in mind why don't people just make multiple accounts and vote on it? it's 8k nx for 10secs of voting, that's minimum 30mill daily for every account.
I saw people in guides saying they have multiple accounts with mules so having multiple accounts doesn't seem to be a problem on this server.

Is this way of making money ok then?

 

You can have as many accounts as you want but you can only vote on one account per day.

I wanted to play a long time ago but couldn't since I was the main tank in a raiding guild on WoW.
All that time I never stopped voting because I knew eventually I wanted to replay old maple, thus I started this game with 1.5mill NX

 

You as a person can vote once every 24 hours. I wouldn't even try to abuse anything in this server since the penalty is severe and strict. The admins do very well catching vote abuser from what I've seen in the ban appeals. Once you are caught, the admin will block all your characters, your mac, and ip permanently

 

It's illegal to vote on more than 1 account in the same day
