Then I got to much to do with school and work and when I tried to log in now I got the following messages, above, on both accounts. I know that my brother had an account, an account which he got banned on for account sharing or something like that, but that happend before I stopped playing in december so I don't believe it has anything to do with that.
due to your brothers' actions your IP will not be unbanned but we do realize you're not the same person so if you have another location to play from we can unban you
Feels kinda sad and unfair that I am band aswell. I mean I haven't done anything. I'm actually being punished for something I haven't done and there is nothing you will/or can do to fix that? I mean I've played on the server for almost 2 years and now I won't get to play again.
you have your brother to blame for ruining your connection to the game, we cannot unban your IP as he will be able to play again as well
I've checked the rules and an IP ban is only done if its either the second offense or a major one so what made you deiced to IP ban him directly? What was the offense and what was the dignity of offense then? Yeah I know, just feels like that there should be another way to deal with it, I mean as I said, I myself have been on the server for 1,5~2 years and I frankly enjoyed playing. The weird thing was that I was able to play after he told me his account was banned somewhere in late November early December, and I remember being able to still play. And now I can't, so why was I able to play after his ban before then? Did you change his ban from an account ban to a IP ban because you saw playing activity from this IP after the original ban?
i dont know what kind of rules you checked but in our rules a permanent ban for soliciting real world trade means the persons' accounts, IP and MAC address get banned. There are no second offenses there, it's a direct permanent ban.
