Closed Can't properly login

    Problem: Firewall problem，sometimes i can log in，but when i log into the game it rapidly disconnect

    Have you reinstalled the game? If not, do that first.

    Yes. I have reinstalled the game 3 times,and i have already checked that my installation was the latest

    Still can't properly log into the game，i reinstalled all of the drivers on my computer.
    i can log into the game at a rate about 1 time;10trial,but rapidly disconnected after 1~3minute

    Successful log in after i log in with my mobilephone hotspot, it seemed like my ISP service provider was repairing or something
    BTW, will i get banned by playing on the internet of my mobilephone's hotspot?

    No, you won't. But it'll suck your data dry, unless you're running on unlimited dataplan (highly unlikely your ISP will let you use literally unlimited amount though!)
