Quiz from Admin gives you an item which makes any scroll you want 100% workable for one time use only. I used it as a test to see if it works and it does.. so the item that made me be able to do this has disappeared.. it was called 'Admins Congrats'. Sorry i'll try again later and see
Yeah admins in all towns .Not sure if all towns give the exact same items, But i got it from either hene or sleepy admin.
