Hi everyone, Unfortunately there was an issue after one of our server checks today which caused some players to lose items from their merchants and/or their storages. Players would have only have been affected if they were online during 8:52PM until 9:52PM server time (GMT+1). If you feel that you have been affected by the issue please open a thread in the character issues section on the forum and give the following information; Character name, items lost, and the stats (if you can remember) of the items. We will do our very best to return any lost items to you as soon as we can. Please be patient as we need to investigate your case before returning your items. I've always wondered, whats to stop someone from saying they are missing something from their shop/character, even if it's a flat out lie?
Nothing. But like I said in the first post, we have to investigate the items... If we do find people are flat out lying to get free items, then they will get banned. We have some logs and backups that we use to investigate.
Can I ask why in the previous occasion when some items were lost from shops as well, why didn't you guys use the logs and backups to investigate?
