Thanks for the reply. Is there a certain way to avoid this in the future? I don't play shadower so don't know how meso explosion can mess it up.
Your shadower friend is abusing a glitch which I’m pretty sure he’s aware of (the one where meso bags are not being consumed when using meso explotion) simply he has to stop doing the glitch
Thank you, but I'm fairly certain he's unaware of what's causing the glitch other than it happening when he uses ME from time to time. Could you elaborate on how to avoid it, beyond not using ME at all? Because this alleged abuse is doing nothing but wasting all of our time.
I can’t blame you for not looking further as there is no search bar option on forum available at the time so I’m just going to fully elaborate. The glitch consist of the shadower or bandit dropping bags of mesos and then use the skill but from a certain distance. This will cause the skill to actually deal damage but the bags of mesos not to be consumed. Thus attacking over and over and over without having to re-drop the bags of mesos, so at the end if the shadower kills the mob using the glitch with meso explotion, the mob will give no exp nor drop anything. To avoid the glitch you just gotta make sure to stand on the bags you are exploiting and for them to be consumed. Note that this is a very known bug and that has been reported several times for being one of the main skills of the shadower class
So if the shadower gets knocked into this distance and meso explodes on the bag that kills the boss it causes the no reward bug? Or is it if a certain number of damage has been dealt from bugged bags or something? Mainly asking because if so a simple workaround (for the main body at least, not so much the arms) is to not use meso explosion for the last like 1% of the hp.
Thank you for explaining. Sorry we weren't aware but we wouldn't have much reason to know about this because we haven't been very active on Royals since the source dropped. Bugs like this remind me why.
