it was either the 25th/26th. or the 26th/27th. after that my voting worked but it was 2 days that didn't work on me Edit: Double checked it was the days of the 25th and the 26th. 27th the vote worked
HI, I also didn't receive my nx for 1 day of voting, I voted on Feb 25th at about 7am. I voted the next days after and received 8k for each respective day but not for the 25th.
Update: I have voted right now again and didn't get the nx once more. please can you help me? you said it is fixed and that everyone got refunded but it is still bugged for me and I still have not been refunded for the other 2 days as well @Kai @Tim EDIT: so I just recieved the nx for today (might just been a lag or something) but still nothing about the 2 days of the 25th and 26th
Seems like it's not an issue on our end. The IP you're attempting to vote with has already been used to vote.
except for the days of the 25th and the 26th i had no problem in voting. also no else voted from my IP i was the one that voted, it registered on gtop but for some reason did not register on your website it was about the time everyone had problems with voting, you said everyone got refunded but i wasn't for some reason...
Unfortunately I am not able to recheck this, and all players we had logged as being refunded should have received their NX. I am not able to refund you the NX you have lost.
