From the way I see it, you have no basis whatsoever to use those phrases against that player. If every illegal things require someone else to say "stop", then I don't know what kind of world we're living in.
If you have an argument to make, do it here (i.e. the "reason" you claimed). Or if you wish to report him/her, please do so and we'll review your report. We won't be digging our chatlog just because you said do.
