    your account isnt banned, the IP you're trying to connect from is however. So you should figure out a way to connect from a different IP

    I think I can not get another IP, I just have the one that was banned. Can you free him?

    Unfortunately we can't do that. Try restarting your router. If that doesn't work, contact your internet service provider to ask for a new IP.
