Well people keep DCing in my run so it's wasting my APQ dailies. F3 Can't you make it so you don't need full party to finish? It's quite frustrating. Not everyone can maintain perfect connection at all times.
If the Staff agreed to everything the community states here in the feedback, the game would be a mess. Things must be, not only good to the players, but also fair to the game in general. In the time I did APQ in GMS, we could indeed do unlimited APQs in a day. What limited us is, we could only get one or two tickets per day. That means, someone could just camp at the entrance with keys getting tickets on the weekdays, and do tons of APQs at the weekends. I'm not sure it would be a good change to Royals, just wanted to point it out.
Most of the time I get anywhere from 0-2 apples per run. Lately, the drop rate has been horrendous for me. I run on both a bishop and NL so mobility isn't an issue... Friday: 5 runs - 3 apples Saturday: 8 runs - 4 apples Today: 6 runs - 1 apple *edit* last 2 runs for the day (two different people dc'd, so grand total of 8 runs = 1 apple) I 100% agree with keeping the 50% "increased" drop rate because this is pretty shitty haul for the time spent. or even higher drop rate if we don't get unlimited runs.
You literally took suggestions from 2-3 people arguing for what you want to suggest to Administration to be fixed compared to the countless others that wanted unlimited pq. I do not have a negative approach on feedback posts at all and if I do its because of the complete lack of acknowledgement from staff and the decisions made which as of the past few months then yes I have been negative due to how this Administration handles things. I do not feel you are doing what is best for the community in the long run, I do not think that you are balancing the game and I do not think people are enjoying the changes you are all making. So continue to do what you guys are doing and making unpopular decisions for the server. If you think these last few months people have been enjoying the changes and that you seriously think that it is balanced you are beyond delusional.
Increase the daily limit to 8-10 Make it possible to complete PQ with 5 person in case someone disconnects I think these 2 changes, if implemented, will make every party happy. Not too much, not too little, still balanced, still rewarding and fun PQ.
Since they don't want apples being easily attainable or abused, wouldn't a good suggestion be unlimited apq with a Huge reduction in drop rate, like lower than old source?
I think several have already mentioned about the DCing problem. But it would be fab if we could finish the pq without having a full pt (aka still able to finish with 5 or even 4 ppl left in the pt)
And I don't know why I can't down jump in Bonus Stage. Last night, an apple dropped on a platform I couldn't reach. Only if I can down jump, I could have looted that apple. Can you make character down jump in Bonus Stage??? 0 apple in a run is annoyed enough, why you have to get me thought a situation where apple is dropped but unable to loot???
We've made it possible for the PQ to be completed with 5 people for the final two stages in case one of your party members disconnects / dies. For the other suggested changes (bonus timer increase and drop rate of desired items like onyx apple) we're still doing some tests!
Thank you for the update, Tim. I’m not sure for everyone else but I find it kind of annoying that in stage 2, we can’t see other players when they hang on the rope. I understand that some people misread where we tell them to go or some people are just dotards who just can’t find their places, but from a leader standpoint, it kind of bothers me.
Apple prices 38m pre release -> 20m day three -> 14m two weeks in -> now stablizing at 18.8m, I think we need the “increased apple rate” to remain after event is over or we would be returning close to old prices if this trend continues..
I also find it annoying that after killing the boss(es), Amos does not ALWAYS direct all of the party members to the bonus at once when the leader clears it, forcing every member in the party to click on him to warp them to his secret room.
Nice adjustment allowing a 5/6 finish. Small question: after the Valentine Event is over, will Thomas Swift disappear out of the FM? Because if he's only in Henesy, it might become hard to find people willing to join? Would it be hard to keep him there, coding wise?
He will be removed as the main intention of him being in FM is to facilitate easier navigation to participate in the event.
How about the apple drop rates? Honestly, it so shit right now idk how much shittier it will get after removing the 50% increase.
could you make it so we are limited to 4 entrance tickets a day instead of 4 entries? it's really hard finding people for apq during weekend in my time zone (since i always come like 3 hours before reset). so if i can't manage to find a party - at least i will save it all for the weekend and do them all when i can. please do - it will be so much better than the current state.
Can i just also support this idea, and if the admins feel that people would accumulate so many tickets that it would make no difference from making it unlimited, then an expiry date of perhaps 14 days could be added to the ticket?
