Last thing you did: I was taking a boat ship ride from Orbis -> Ellinia but my electricity went out thus I disconnected (I tried logging in back after 30minutes-2 hours later? I think, I don't remember how long tbh), where my electricity just came back

There is no ban for the character Eruu. Are you still having difficulty connecting to the game?

I do have 2 other accounts, one I made months/years? back so I could marry myself for amoria pq (which I changed my mind because I felt it was embarrassing to marry myself lol),
and another which I plan to play on when character deletion is fixed (misunderstood how mp washing works so i added ap incorrectly)

should i pm you those accounts?
I didn't login any characters in my 2nd account (if i'm remembering correctly but I did log into the account) while
for the 3rd account i raised up a lvl 15 mule just so i could vote on it, it had a lvl 15 character before but I plan to delete/remake that
(I'm only voting on my 3rd account, didn't vote on my 1st (account with Eruu) and 2nd account)

 

Your IP address appears to have changed after your outtage, and the one you are trying to log into the game from is correctly banned.
Can you try restarting your modem?

 

Just tried restarting my modem but I still can't login :/
May I inquire what was my previous IP address? and what did this current IP address did that got it to be banned? was it from any of my accounts?

...I have to confess I did do something on the grey-area on the rule list, I did a glitch in game where I'm able to use female nx clothes on my male character, just wondering if this is why I got banned. It was on my character "Yuudai", same account as Eruu. (I was logged into this character before switching to Eruu and taking the ship to Ellinia)

No it wasn't, but you will now have to explain yourself and this glitch abuse you claim to have been doing.

I PM'd you with the old and new IP address you are using, I can't see you owning that account so will not be giving you any details.
You will need to figure out why your IP address has changed twice between 2018-03-10 and 2018-03-14, if you don't know why your ISP should be able to help you.

 

I'll reply the glitch in pm, it's just an aesthetic glitch.
