I sold 3DEX 126 WA White Nisrock for 1.52B (3 WS/CS + 50M). Took me 3 weeks to get that offer though, so prepare for the long haul. But after the event ends should be back to normal. So you don't need to give in to the lower price now if you are not in a rush to sell.
