Heya IGN: ItsBubo Problem / Details: I have not experienced this myself but I'm asking for my brother (ItsBubo, communicating with him on discord at the moment of this post). He recently came back after being inactive for quite a while and his skill points were reset. As far as I can understand he was trying to put points into his skills which wasn't working and then out of nowhere all points were applied at the same time. I guess he was clicking while he was lagging, which was a mistake, but now he's left with insufficient points for 4th job. If there's anyway for him to reset his skill points again so he can apply the points more carefully this time it would be greatly appreciated. Happy Mapling
This had happened to me, but they don't reset SP unless it's a server wide SP reset, or a huge class change. So in the end, they don't refund points to players for their own mistakes or their own connection. You'll have to buy SP resets for whichever job he messed up on for this problem. They also have lowered the price of SP resets so it's easier to reset points if there is a mistake.
Thanks for the quick reply! I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with our connection since we have 250 mbps fiber. Just wanted to check if there was anyway to resolve this annoying situation.
Unfortunately we don't offer a second reset if he's messed up his SP, he will have to purchase the corresponding SP resets in order to gain those points back into his desired skills.
