    The name list was quite a good idea I guess, but in this case, I think the answer is just as simple as this:
    It seems it has affected hundreds of people, everywhere. Not only Asia, but Europe and America too.
    The information we have from staff so far is:
    As of 11:30 UTC, the server is experiencing technical issues

    so I guess we'll just stay patient. It's not a problem on your client side, so there's nothing you can do about it.
