I never seen it, are you using windows or mac?

Do you have MapleRoyal as an exception in your firewall?

Have you played before without this problem?

Im guessing you are using windows 8? I have this problem every time i play. You just have to keep trying,it will eventually open. Sometimes it opens right away, after 2 times and then some days you can sit there 10 minutes.-.-

Make sure to run as an admin and in compatibility mode. I used to get this, but running in Windows 98 compatibility mode fixed it for me. Also which compatibility mode you run in is different for everyone, so just find one that works for you.

If u don't have Windows 98 as comparability option you may have windows XP SP3 ? I had this problem on several of my PCs with a OS higher then XP, just try all compatibility options you have, I'm sure one of them will work for you.
