    But I always in front of the computer , I didnt see any player or GM want me reply message . Can i have a chance unban ?

    we received over 7 minutes of video evidence of you not replying to a player thats asking you if you're botting while you attack mobs at nest golems

    I am very sorry to ask , Could I possibly have a chance to get back my ID please ?
    I know I was banned by macro botting.
    Could please use the way delete all characters in my ID , and let me have a chance to start again please ?
    I promise I won't violate any game terms again.
