IGN: BoBorings Problem: Missing Cosmetic NX EQ in Cash Shop Details: Brought some cosmetic eq from the Cash Shop. I decided to transfer the cosmetic eq to my other characters. The trade was unsuccessful. Then, I stored it into the Cash Shop. Re logged and went to the Cash Shop. Found out that my cosmetic eq is missing. Take your time and Thanks in advance. Edit: Am I supposed to request a refund or something?

Oh, I brought the items again before the start of the Valentine and Chinese New year event. Also, when the event patch came and started, the items have reappeared in my cash shop inventory. So, now I have 2 sets of the item I brought Edit: I understand the late reply. But, I'm glad the staff are working hard to help the players. I appreciate your work
