Hello, Name Vuny Problem: maybe being hacked or accidently used white scroll i am afraid maybe i am being hacked. I had a white scroll and i am in doubt if i accidently used it or i am being hacked. can a gm look into this matter and look at the action of my account please. between today and maybe 5 days before. I am not interested in being banned for the period of looking into my account please.
Since i got it from gachapon i have been trading with my mules and gunslinger often (but not tranfered the scroll). Sold leech, gaind xp. killed big foot. played with some friends. Is it possible for you to track down the item?
No, not really. We don't keep track of scroll usage. Also, it'd be weird if only your WS was gone, and everything else intact. So it's highly likely you accidentally used it/dropped it/NPC-ed it.
but can you track like who logged into my account? i use only 2 different laptops. you should be able to see if someone else have been logged into it?
You probably were scrolling by using the "Legendary Spirit" and have used your white scroll by accident. If you are in possession of white scroll in your inventory then the game checks in "use white scroll" by default. You gotta uncheck it every time if you don't want to use white scroll.
