None of the HTPs, NX, or items could be recovered. The HT loot SS: Relogging aftermath and timestamp: Refunds (to the maximum extent if possible): Texting - HTP looter (1 HTP) Selma - HTP looter (1 HTP) Privateer - 5k NX Nightblack - 5k NX Naby - 5k NX *Genesis 30 *RNG Dragon Carabella *The most important refunds. Others can be passed if it's not possible (as if we have to all come together)
Hello, has this been dealt with? We are looking mainly for a refund on gen 30 and it has been a little while, while other HT runs have been refunded.
Almost 2 months and still no reply or refund I know you guys check from back to front, but all the other refunds around this thread has been completed but this one is still at large. If anything I am just looking for more clarity. Thanks
Apologies for the belated reply. Rewarps are not currently offered for issues that are not listed in our boss rewarp policy.
