You don't need any equips until 130, that's a elemental wand. Go LUKless, save up your mesos. You don't need to worry about damage too much. As a f/p you'll PQ until higher lvls and then mist maps from 80-12x. Your 4th job books are dirt cheap. If you really want to get gear, buy a Zhelm. You can farm leaf earrings later on at showa saunas. They come with INT on them clean. Your expensive gear will be your shield and glove. Even without all that. You'll be 1 hitting petris at lvl 160 with even pretty bad gear.
Not sure if u're referring to the earrings or zhelm, but Fallen Leaf Earrings don't come with INT but rather Magic Attack. Also, there is an earring called Leaf Earrings.
