I have a 9 ATT WG you can have for like 40M

Well, I'm not sure exactly what a 9 ATT glove is worth either, since I don't see them very often.
But if you want to get a cheap glove, you should aim for a job-specific glove. What's your job?
For example, as a warrior I can quite easily find a glove with 5 STR or so, and then scroll it with some 70%s or 60% and hopefully you'll end up with an 8 or even 10 ATT glove. 5 STR 8 ATT could be equal to a 9 ATT, and definitely cheaper. And same goes for all the other jobs, of course.
