Can't get past character select

I have a weird problem, ii cant get past character select, the forum part of the
webbsite is loading so slow i cant use i. I tried refrecshing cash
Tried restart router but i onnly having problem with royal

It was same thing last week havent been able to play since i tried
a day or two after the lag update and now its back.

Im using my phone for this and it works fine

I am able too connect once in a while but the lag is so strong
that i cant do anything then i dc

 

This lag seems to be happening often for all players. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Well lag is not the problem, i cant play thata a much worse problem

 

There have been a number of people lately with login issues, although admittedly, the server was down for a fair part of the day until some major issues were sorted out.

Are you still unable to login?

 

I was able to login a moment ago, it worked but when i tried
changing character i couldn't get back in so problem remains

Also the webbsite is loading very slow and the forum part of
the site is so slow i cant use it, but on my phone it works.

Yep, confirming it works. I just tried.
Also the sound plays fine it was just muted by default.

 

I too am also experiencing the exact same issues stated ~.~
