ImNeilson's Ban Appeal

Greetings, a friend of mine has been banned by Dustin. From what I was told by multiple people and witnesses ingame Neil had an issue that was unresolved when he contacted a game master. This game master was Dustin.

A few days back Neil reported to Dustin that he was getting spam defamed by multiple people without reason. Dustin shrugged it off insisting that it was nothing, fueled by anger, Neil reenacted the situation and defamed Dustin. Dustin pretty mad himself told his buddylist that he will get Neil banned in a few days time. This situation should have been handled correctly by Dustin, he should have resolved the issue here and not just shrug it off as nothing. Mass defaming another for no apparent reason should be considered as harassment. Neil's english is not that great, and I apologize on his behalf if the person he spoke to did not understand a word that he typed. He's French.

The story starts here. After the previous situation came to an end, Neil decided to go on a zakum run with a couple of his friends. He unexpectedly had to leave because of family related issues and at the last second he thought his friends would be pissed and wanted to be a beneficial asset to his team even when he was leaving so he said "I am going to leave something on my key to hold SE for you guys, I have to go" 10 seconds later, he dies and leaves zakum and then AFKs in the cash shop. He got banned for 1 week for saying that he will put something on his key to macro SE. He did not do it, but he still got banned. Unjustified consideration here. Due to frustration about the current situation, Neil let the emotions takeover and threatened to bring the server to shut down. He realized his mistake after a day and apologized. By that time, the administration had his ban appeal deadly extended to permanent. His forum privileges have also been revoked and permanently banned.

Let's be realistic here, everyone has emotions and can say bad things at the wrong time and at the wrong place. If possible, I would request a second chance for him or hopefully have his permanent suspension changed to temporary. It's for you guys to decide and understand it from his viewpoint.

 

Neilson said he was going to bot and, whether he died or not, with the information we have we can only assume that he fully intended on doing it.

And he didn't threaten the server just once, he did it multiple times on multiple occasions. That and he was being blatantly disrespectful and harassing staff members. So no, he won't be unbanned.
