Elemental Wand 7 Ice bonus dmg is working for bishop?

    A bishop friend got a ele.wand7 and going to petris, telling me he is doing more dmg here with the wand7. I actually dont believe him XD Isnt the wand just boost the dmg from blizzard and iceskillattacks?

    His ele wand probably has more TMA then his last weapon; hence he would do more dmg
