Not sure why was i banned but i just recently started playing so i sought help from some friends.

 

You were permanently banned for major vote abuse.

 

well i have 3 people in my house playing on 3 different accounts. and each household only can vote once a day.

cant fault us for accidentally over voting as we cannot keep track of each others timing.

and i believe theres already a 24 hour voting limit right? does that not already take care of things?
I hope i do make sense, I just started this server and i really just gotten into the game. So i donated and got myself some donator eqs as well.

But being banned for something thats already controlled on your side is a little bit..illogical in a sense

 

There is the Voting Whitelist, which would have allowed each of you (once accepted) to vote every day. However at this point it is moot, as the rules have been broken and the amount of NX gained warrants a permanent ban.

 

so technically what is the nx limit a day per account?

would it be fair to wipe all our nx and unban our accounts?

we had no idea that voting everyday warrants a perma ban for the ip honestly.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to unban you, even if we removed the NX.

 

Honestly, as much as i respect your decision and rules. I really hope that some exception be made to this ban as i had totally no intention to abuse the nx voting. All along i thought as long as the timer told me no i can't vote then i wont vote then. Given each person's personal time and agenda. Its really impossible to keep track of my own voting. Not to mention each others.

Edit : is it because i used my phone to accidentally vote for my mule account? I realized sometimes when i go to vote it automatically logins for me and sometimes it does not. I really think a change is in order if its like that.
