IGN: Trades Problem: Account got hacked and EVERYTHING gone. Details: When I logged in on Apr 16, 2018 about 10:30 server time, I realised all my equips and valuable items are gone. My keyboard setting was defaulted, NX all gone. Do provide assistance in this matter please. The last time I was online was about 14+hours ago from the time of posting this thread. There was a mass lag sometime before the last time I was on on Apr 15 2018 (idk if this is related). Pretty desperate here. Thank you. Items I've noticed that's lost: - Red Craven wa71 Luk 11 - AP resets (about 29) - White Work Gloves wa10 - Yellow Snowshoes 4 dex 3 int - Pink Gaia Cape wa3 - Silver Deputy Star - Dex-scrolled earrings - Onyx Apples (5) - A Bunch of scrolls - A bunch of etcs Theres probably more items that i have not noticed. Do help in recovering or rollback if possible..or at least track down the items and IP of the hacker please?
I would like to add on that my password is not used anywhere else and all my accounts passwords are different. I most certainly did not share my account with anyone else, and have not went online with a IP address different from my usual recently.

There is nothing that suggests your account was hacked due a security issue on our end, this hacker knew your account information and logged into your account several days prior to this, likely to try out the information this person had obtained elsewhere. Even though you claim to have used unique information, that alone is not good enough and we have clear information that suggests what you are saying is not correct. I will not be able to offer you any refund for this situation, and as you have already changed your password, there is nothing to suggest this will ever happen you again if you take care of your account information.
