Why do you think you got banned?: my friend was hacking on the same ip and i told him not to which got me auto banned with him. I was not the one hacking.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "Your account has been blocked for hacking or illegal use of third-party programs. The ID has been permanently blocked. So you won't be able to use this account.

Yes but that was not me, I was affected too by his ban and I can no longer play on this private server

 

That is a legitimate ban though and you share an IP address with the person who was banned so you will remain banned.
