is teleport rock & vip tp rock currently broken?

I tried to teleport from CBD to crimson wood and it does not work
It won't teleport me from anywhere are said "you can't teleport to that place"

 

May I ask you to explain the way you used the rocks? I know of no problems with them so maybe you are just doing something wrong?

 

I tried to tp to the saved map, it failed.
I tried to tp to the named character location, it failed.

 

Is the one you tried general TP rock?

Are you in the same channel?

 

okay, maybe is just don't work on some map like crimson wood keep related map.

 

so I've tested and it seems like tp rock doesn't work from kerning to orbis as well as the opposite.

but vip rock seem to work for people on the same channel

tp doesn't really work well for cwck and masteria continent travel

 

And the tests between kerning and orbis were with a VIP rock? or a normal tele rock? I just want to make sure it's clear that you're not using a normal rock for inter-continental travel.

 

well I also find out tp between fallen wood location only work inside the related map.

I think vip rock allow me to cross continents.

 

VIP allows cross-continent as stated in the item description, while regular doesn't. And I believe it also doesn't allow you to teleport to hidden street (not that I've tried it, so I'm not 100% sure here )
