So as title reads im new to Mages. I have asked a few ppl for tips and such regarding the class im playing wich is F/P so I got most of that down. What im asking for now though, is that I currently possess 900m Mesos wich I am well aware is not alot to spend on mage items. However I would very much apreciate if someone could perhaps give me a list of items with specific TMA that I could get for this ammount of money. For example Gloves 15 tma cape 20 tma and so on and so on and these items combined equals to 900m would also apreciate if you stated the name of the item as the item does decide the price as well.
Do you have your ele5 wand ready? If yes, then go for earrings next. You can get tma24 for around <500m or something. Then go for an overall, ~25int should be <500m as well. Those two aforementioned are the best bang for bucks in term of upgrades from your current fund. I'd put glove last because it's the least cost effective item from the bunch.
yes i have a 152 TMA ele5 already, should i 60 it? or save it for 30s? If i should buy a scrolled ele5 already, what should i aim for TMA? And thank you for your information! ^^
165 FP mage here. I'd suggest you scroll your own wand as for some reason, their price is really high on the market right now. Try to gacha in NLC for ele 5. If you wanna buy, that's okay too I guess as this is my story: I got really unlucky when 30%ing wands as I boomed over 8 in a row. Then, I 30%'d an avereage wand and 3/4 passed. I decided to 60% the last 3 slots as I needed very little magic to 1hit Petris with pleb gear and none of em passed lmao. Anyway, I think 170 TMA or more is good enough. I say invest on an earring. 8 TMA per 30%/10% is something one just can't ignore. With 900m you could probably get a 28-30 tma single earring. INT Robe. 20 INT bathrobe isn't that expensive and you could even scroll it yourself. Farm/buy 6-7 int blue jewerly shoes at bubblings.
Wouldnt a doros robe be cheaper? thinkin since hp washing gear is expensive and afaik bathrobe is used for that. So basically a doros with 20 int, wouldnt that be cheaper than a bathrobe? If you have enough LUK for a doros robe would suggest that, most people just suggest the int robe cause it's multi purpose with HP washing, and they're relatively easy to sell once you're done with it. My Mage is base 4 luk but has enough LUK to wear even a dark noel (lvl 38). LUK needed to hit the doros is extremely easy if you have: At least 17LUK Zhelm (Luk matters more then INT in this scenario) Dept Star Event Rings Event Face Accessory

A Common Goal of a F/P mage would be to sell leech and of course, 1Hit Petri, and its really easy with 1195 Magic with Meteor 30! But first and foremost, you will want to aim to 1Hit ULU2 if u havent reached that point. Mages gain their main damage through Levels not Equipments. To sell these leech you will also require a lvl81 Priest with MAX HOLY SYMBOL The moment u reach 120 With a firepoison mage, u will want to unlock your Meteor skill ASAP, and continue leveling that character to 130. With your budget of 900mil, my suggestion is spend it on Meteor 20 and Meteor 30 ASAP. Aim to MAX Meteor 30 and Mw10 for Maximum Leeching efficiency. Only with Meteor 30 skill maxed, only you start gearing up your character. - Meteor 20 ( 10mil~) - Meteor 30 ( 120mil~ might require several) -Zakum Helm (50mil) -Overall Doros 20int (120mil~) -Jewelry Shoes 7int ( Hunt @ Bubblings) -Dark Noel Gloves 15int ( 100mil~) -Purple Gaia Cape 15tma ( 200mil~) -Earring 24TMA (200mil ~) -Elemental Wand 5 (Fire) 175 TMA ( 200mil~) -Esther Shield 7magic ( 20mil~) -Deputy Star 5int (Make Yourself! 100mil~) -Krex Ring 2~3int ( 50mil ) -Maple Leaf 5int (Showa NX Gacha) With these set of max Skills and gears, You should be able to 1Hit Ulu2 , and start leveling and make money from there! IF NOT ENOUGH MAGIC, BUY YELLOW CIDER FROM THE FM (300k) / WIZARD POTION FROM NLC, FOR ADDITIONAL 35/20 MAGIC. ITS WORTH IT TO GAIN 1HIT!!! The next upgrade you will want to aim for to 1Hit Petri, -HT Pendant, 800mil -20tma Shield -185TMA Elemental Wand 5 (Fire) -32TMA Earrings (1.2Bil) -25int Doros/Starlight /Calas ( 500~600mil) -20TMA Gloves (300mil~) -7int Rac Mask (600mil) Character level 150 or so. You will be charging roughly around 140Mil ~150mil Solo and 75/80mil Split And additional 30mil~ from Drops. You will be really funded soon after reaching the 1Hit Petri goals, to start investing on your damager class. Hope this little Guide helped !
